Embroidery
Q. How do we opt for embroidery & personalization?
Ans: All our products comes with free text, you can opt for it by ticking the box for add name/ logo and input the data as needed.
Q. Where will the embroidery be placed?
Ans: The default position for embroidery text and logo is on the left side chest, in some cases if logos doesn't fit on left side it will be done on the right-side chest.
Q. Will the Extra Text embroidery come in the next line of Free Text?
Ans: This depends on the details provided, we try to fit the whole name in the same line in case if the name seems to be too long it will come in the next, other details like Degree, Institution, Position, Firm name will always be in the next line.
Q. How fast does embroidery sets gets dispatched?
Ans: Products with name embroidery usually dispatches within 2-3 days, Logo orders may take minimum 4-5 days to dispatch as backend designing is involved.

Q. What is the status of my order?
Ans: An Order confirmation mail is sent on the registered Email id once the order is placed successfully. You can track your order by using the link sent on Mail and Whatsapp within 2 business days of placing order.
Q. Can you change the shipping address?
Ans: Yes sure, you need to inform us on Whatsapp within 15 minutes of order as once processed we cannot accept changes.
Q. Can you change or modify order?
Ans: Sorry that's unavailable, as our processing time is quick.
Q. How about Overseas shipping?
Ans: Yes we would ship overseas but shipping charges would differ depending on the country and the quantity to be shipped.
Q. When will the item be dispatched from the date of placing the order?
Ans: The item would take within 2 business days to dispatch.
Q. When will the order be delivered?
Ans: Average delivery time is within 5-8 business days , expect faster delivery within Mumbai.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q. What is your return & exchange policy?
Ans: The customer can place a exchange / return / refund request within 3 days of delivery for non-personalized items, to initiate exchange or return of the product bought from Uwears official website, Login to Uwears account with the registered email id and apply in orders history section. However, we do not accept return exchanges, returns or refunds for personalised items & Final Sale items & Under Scrubs.
Q. How is the return request processed?
Ans: To initiate exchange or return of the product bought from Uwears official website, Login to Uwears account with the registered email id and apply in orders history section, the order eligibility will be checked and reverted through mail.
Q. How will the return product picked?
Ans: Please note return pickups are unavailable, the product needs to be shipped back by the customer to our warehouse at the address mentioned on mail. As we receive less than 5 % returns, we don't unnecessarily include reverse shipping charges in our product cost and don't provide the facility.
Q. How will I receive the refund of my product?
Ans: Once we receive the returned product it will be forwarded for quality check, once passed refund will be processed, it will take within 5 days for you to receive the refund.
